Return Policy
Lofka Shop accepts product returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

- Delivery estimates are based on business days, starting when your order ships from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, CA. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Remote addresses, like Hawaii, Alaska, APO boxes, or any location outside the 48 contiguous states may have an extended delivery time frame.
We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. If you select standard shipping, your order should arrive within 9 business days of being shipped. However, delays can occasionally occur during periods of high order volume.
Promotions
Lofka Shop may run promotions on our website or through affiliate/external partners.
